Kapi Support

Contact: zarif.arefein@gmail.com.

Kapi is made by Zarif Raiyan Arefeen in New South Wales, Australia. Email us for help with learning content, widgets, purchases or your information. You can copy the address if your phone has no mail app configured.

Report a mistake

Use Report a mistake in Kapi, or email the character, word or sentence and what seems wrong. Include the app and iOS versions if possible. Please avoid sending personal details in screenshots. You can review the prepared message before sending it.

Purchases and subscriptions

Kapi offers monthly and yearly subscriptions. Eligible yearly subscribers may receive a three-day free trial; monthly has no trial. Apple shows your local price and confirms the purchase.

To change your plan or cancel, use Manage subscription in Kapi or Apple's subscription settings. Cancelling stops future renewal; access continues until the current entitlement expires. Deleting Kapi does not cancel a subscription.

If a purchase is missing, try Restore purchases in Kapi using the Apple Account that bought it. For further help, use Copy purchase ID and send that ID to us with a description of the problem. Never send an Apple Account password or card details.

For an App Store refund request, use Apple's refund instructions. Contact us as well if Kapi is not working as promised; your statutory consumer rights remain available.

Widgets

Open Kapi once, check that purchase access is active, and follow Add the widget in Settings. iOS controls widget refresh timing, so a scheduled flip may not appear at an exact second. Tell us the widget design, iPhone model, iOS version and what it shows if it does not update as expected.

Reset or delete information

Reset all progress clears learning history but keeps preferences, onboarding and purchase access. It does not cancel subscriptions or delete remote purchase records.

For a purchase-record privacy request, use Copy purchase ID and email us. If the ID is unavailable, contact us for another way to locate the record. We may need proportionate verification before acting. Deleting a RevenueCat record does not delete Apple's purchase history, and reopening or restoring can create a RevenueCat record again.

Read the Privacy Policy for retention, rights and request timelines, and the Terms of Use for subscription and consumer terms.
